This system of framing internal production timelines into a scaffolded series of short-term goals enables the policy team to produce quality issuances over a longer period that is concise, predictable, repeatable, and reasonable, all while maintaining highly acclaimed quality assurance, policy integrity, and meeting and exceeding the needs of the client.

Global Health Engagement (GHE) on the Forefront

GHE comprises health and medical related activities and programs to improve global partnerships, and to promote national security objectives. GHE is a tool and integral portion of the combatant commander’s (CCMD) Theater Security Cooperation (TSC) plan. Ancilla provides professional consultation, led by Mr. Henry “Charlie” Sanders, a retired U.S. Army Colonel, Environmental Science Engineering Officer, with approximately 30 years of experience in strategic planning, security cooperation, medical operations, international partnership building, and environmental, safety, and health (ESH), with the development of GHE policy and instructions, executing Decision Type Memo (DTM) requirements, and developing Support Agreements.
